My Review on ayuryoga
In these times of Covid -19 scare, the only thing that has kept me healthy and sane, are the online Yoga sessions streamed from Ayur Yoga everyday morning and evening. The flawless training by the expert trainers have kept not only my physical strength fine but also kept the anxiety and mental peace intact. I am glad, that I enrolled myself for these sessions and looking forward to be trained in the different aspects of Yoga, and having good control over the body, breath and mind.
