Our yoga specialists are, Mrs “Ganga Rijal Pandey” and Mr. Krishna, who are is a certified yoga instructors and has been practicing yoga from the age of three. Under their guidance the yoga experience at our centers are the best you can have.

Ayur Yoga Spa provides yoga classes for kids at convenient timings. Yoga is beneficial to kids in many ways because children encounter emotional, social, and physical challenges or conflicts, a dedicated and intentional Yoga practice that includes breathing techniques, behavioral guidelines, and physical postures can be incredibly valuable for them. Yoga is something that the children can practice anywhere and that the breathing, the concentration, the poses, and the way kids learn to act or react to situations, will lead to constant self- discovery and inquisitiveness. If we started teaching meditation to our younger generations, would it prevent fighting and bullying, would drop-outs dwindle in numbers? Would it maybe give them a head- start to provide them with the necessary life tools for a more peaceful, successful life.
